IDRS Management is committed to always offer solutions of world-class quality with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, reliability and customer delight with a high speed and control on project costs. To accomplish this, project execution and delivery is managed through a dedicated Project Management Team at IDRS. Project Management at IDRS, is governed by Project Management Office (PMO), which is mainly responsible for ensuring highest level of process compliance and training.
At IDRS, an individual Project Manager is assigned to each project, who will be responsible for managing the entire project along with project team. Project Manager will remain as primary point of contact and will be responsible for project tracking and client communication. Project Manager, coordinates with all the stakeholders including Project Team, Supply Chain, Client and other partners/alliances. Project Manager is also responsible for managing all project related constraints like, scope, time, budget, resource, risk and quality of the project.
As part of effective Project Governance, based on the client need and number of projects handling with a specific client, we assign an “Account Manager” who liaisons Client, Project Team and IDRS Management. The key objective of an Account Manager is to ensure that client’s concerns are understood and acted upon without any delay.
